Rob currently serves as General Counsel to ELS Construction, Inc., a leading national commercial construction company generating over $30 million in annual revenue. He previously spent several years at Greer, Herz & Adams handling sophisticated insurance defense—most notably co-managing national litigation for DirecTV against more than 15,000 defendants. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel for a Houston-based engineering and consulting firm, overseeing legal strategies for operations throughout the United States and international markets.
A native of Nassau Bay, Texas, Rob graduated from Clear Creek High School in 1983. He earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and graduated with academic honors from the South Texas College of Law in May 1994.Rob’s high-profile casework and media presence have made him a sought-after legal commentator. His cases have been featured heavily in major national print and broadcast media outlets, including People Magazine, Texas Monthly, Dateline NBC, 20/20, and Good Morning America.
